The following terms and conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on Moiré website moirecollection.com. Moiré reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with any changes. By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. Please note that Moiré does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Moiré reserves its right to stop selling a product.

This website is operated by Moiré. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Moiré. Moiré offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Condition by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

Placing an order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email. If your selection of products may be lost from out shopping bag, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products. Moiré does not reserve items for future purchase.

Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Order confirmation
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your order number, details of the product you have ordered, payment and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. If you fail to receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us at info@moireagency.com.

If the items purchased are in stock, we can fulfil your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with all shipment details. In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.

Modifications to the service and prices
Prices are shown in NOK Upon delivery of all international orders, the customer is obliged to pay customs, duties and other applicable taxes. Custom regulations vary from country to country, the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, or any other added charges.

Tax-free shopping on moirecollection.com is not available. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.

The prices may vary between the Moiré online store and the stockists. Moiré reserves the right to change prices of the products without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa and Mastercard via Stripe and Paypal. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is shipped from Moiré.

Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details like courier and tracking number. All orders are sent from Oslo, Norway.

The following shipping charges will be added to your order:

Domestic / Norway: 150 NOK


International / Worldwide: 200 NOK

Estimated delivery time is between 3-10 working days.

Domestic orders are sent with Bring and will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point.

International orders are sent with TNT and will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point.

As we ship though a third party we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery times. Please take note that there can be delays with shipping at busy periods, like Christmas. Please notice that some international orders are subjected to customs clearance procedures, and this may delay the original delivery estimates. A shipment that is not collected by 14 days will be returned back to us. A new shipment can be arranged for 140 NOK, (domestic) / 200NOK (international).

All orders are fully traceable with provided tracking number.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 14 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs. Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Trying items on
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. When trying on clothing, avoid rubbing off deodorant, perfume and make-up. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Measurements
All measurements are approximate and variance may occur. Please have average sizing in mind and note that minor differences may occur.

Colours
Moiré’s goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Moiré cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Personalised items
Personalised products through printing of initials cannot be returned or refunded. Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by Moiré, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Personalised items may be delivered in a time slot indicated on the site which may be longer than regular delivery slots. Because of the clearly personalized nature of personalised products and the fact that they are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Similar, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item, you must notify us at info@moireagency.com within 14 days after having received your order. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. After receiving a return confirmation by mail, please return the product/s as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after sending your notice. Place items in original shipping box or padded envelope, closed securely. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs of wear and tear, and must have the original label attached or is still in bag with label on. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria.

Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package and return label to ensure a faster expedition, and that custom duties and other applicable taxes are not added. The shipment should only include the items for return and a note stating the order number and customer name and address. Do not include any invoice from Moiré in the return shipment. If requested by shipping company, put value to EURO 10. If you don’t mark the shipment clearly with No Commercial Value/Return, we risk getting charged for import tax and custom. Any custom or VAT related costs due that the return package is not marked correctly, will be charged back to you.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Moiré and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.

Exchange or Refund
You are entitled to exchange or withdraw your purchase by notifying us at info@moireagency.com within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. We will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us.

Returned items can only be changed into a different size or style with same price or lower. Please notice that we can exchange items to another size or style, only if available in stock. You will be charged for the new postage of the return.

The refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase. If you choose to withdraw your purchase, Moiré will issue a refund of the amount including the shipping cost only if the shipment has not been sent. If the shipment already is sent and customer has received a confirmation mail regarding this, Moiré will only issue a refund of the amount excluding shipping cost when the shipment is returned. If the item is returned due to a claim, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded. Please note that Moiré issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same condition as at the time of delivery, with tag and seal still attached. A deduction of the value might be made if the return shipment is not marked correctly and VAT related costs were charged to us.

Sale
Our regular online return and exchanges policy as described above applies during sale periods.

Warranty claims
There is a 6 months warranty on products sold on www.moirecollection.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If an item was received damaged, you must contact us at info@moireagency.com within 7 days after purchase. Please place the item back in sealed bag or box to avoid any added damages. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defect, Moiré will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received.

Insurance
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Moiré warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Disclaimer
Moiré does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, you will be contacted by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.

Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If after you opt-in to our site registration or email, and you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by emailing us info@moireagency.com

Privacy & Security
When you purchase something from Moire, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

You may purchase Moiré products for personal use only and not with the intention of resale. By placing your order, you are certifying that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
